What happens when I book party equipment with Brighton Bouncy Castles?
If you use our online booking system to book your products - which is set up for people who want to make bookings, orders and enquiries all over Sussex - our website will check whether or not the products are available in real time, and if you proceed with the booking then they will be reserved for you, so other people won't be able to book them out!
If your delivery area is listed, you can complete your booking there and then, and we'll even be able to take a deposit or the full payment through our website, so you can secure your booking without even picking up the phone! If it's not listed, then get in touch with us and we'll add you to our system immediately. You don't have to worry about a thing!
What happens when you deliver bouncy castles, corporate entertainment equipment or your other products?
We'll discuss the times you want us to arrive and collect your products by and figure out how long it takes us to get to your event, and then arrange our delivery drivers to make sure they can reach you at the time you need! Thanks to our staff, we can almost always make it work if there's a delivery in Hastings at the same time as a delivery in London - we'll just arrange multiple van drivers to make sure everyone gets their bouncy castle at the time they want it.
